For the presentations the participants will be provided with the following :
- Computer with Windows XP, Microsoft Office and optional use of a CDrom or USB stick
- LCD projector
- Overhead projector
-Slide projector
-Poster annoucement boards of 156 cm wide and 94 cm height available for each poster presented.
The use of a laptop WILL NOT be possible due to the short time available for each presentation. The participants are requested to bring the Powerpoint presentations on a CD rom or a USB stick.

All papers must be sent to the organizing committee by the 31st of July, 2004. The reception of the papers will be aknowledged by email.

The Conference will be held at the main Conference Hall at the University of Cyprus.
Registration fee :100Euros and 50Euros for students. The fee will be paid at the registration.
Apart from the Conference attendance and a hard copy / CD of the proceedings, the fee will include:
- Transportation from the hotel to the conference and back
- Lunch
- Gala dinner
- A guided tour by the Cyprus Tourism Organization
The transportation and the accommodation of the participants is undertaken by a specialized agent, TopKinisis. TopKinisis has secured special rates for air travel and accommodation. A web page with travel information for the participants travelling from Athens or Thessaloniki airports, ticket availability, accommodation and booking details is maintened by Topkinisis. This can be found here .
Participants travelling to Cyprus from elseware are requested to contact TopKinisis for special rates on airtravel and accommodation.
