Participants may choose accommodation in the conference venue, namely the Queen's Bay Hotel (in Paphos). Should they do so, they must contact the hotel directly via phone (+357 26942600), fax (+357 26946777) or email (reservations@queensbay.com.cy). In all cases, they should explicitly mention the reference code SAGT2009 (in order to get advantage of the special rates).

Queen's Bay Hotel offers the following special and exclusive rates to the participants of SAGT 2009 for the period from 14/10 to 31/10/2009:

• Single room (one person) :                     €65/ night

• Double room (two persons) :                 €90/ night

• Double room (two persons and child) :   €112/ night

These special rates include breakfast and lunch at the hotel. There is an additional upgrade fee of €8/ night for upgrading to a room with sea view.

All reservations made through the end of August 2009 will be guaranteed, and the upgrade fee (to a room with sea view) will then be reduced to €4/ night. Reservations made after the end of August 2009 will not be guaranteed (and the special rates might not apply either).

A cancellation fee of one day's rate will apply if the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival.

Participants who choose to seek accommodation elsewhere must do so on their own. In such case, they may still have lunch at Queen's Bay Hotel for the special rate of €13 (per person and lunch).

All participants of SAGT 2009 (whether staying at Queen's Bay Hotel or not) may have dinner at Queen's Bay Hotel for the special rate of €15 (per person and dinner).
