Research position openings at the University of Cyprus

Applications are invited for one research position (Special Scientist) in the Pervasive Computing Group at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Cyprus (UCY). The successful applicant will join an EU eContentplus project, iCOPER (www.icoper.org), working on the development of Dynamic Website using advanced CMS and integration with other systems. We are seeking a motivated researcher with a BS in Computer Science or Computer engineering. Graduate degree in these areas will be considered an advantage.

Applicants should have extensive knowledge in any of the following areas: Linux administration, Development of Dynamic websites with Joomla and/or Plone, Ajax and PHP. The position is for one year, salary will depend on qualifications.
